What are your opening times?
We are open every day of the week! Monday to Friday from 9AM to 5PM, and Saturday & Sunday from 10AM to 6PM!
What do you stock in your magical shop?
The Lonely Broomstick is a very magical and whimsical shop, we stock a vast amount of Harry Potter merchandise, official & handmade. But we also stock beautifully handmade products that aren't directly Harry Potter related & you won't have seen before, including exclusive items that are only available at The Lonely Broomstick!
You have a Cafe, what can you get & can you sit in?
We do indeed have a very magical Cafe here at The Lonely Broomstick, serving delicious magical drinks such as our famous Chocolate Frog Hot Chocolate & Hot Original Butterscotch Beer! We do however not have seating available in store & our Cafe is for take-away only, but we are looking to expand soon!
Where can I book your potion experience & Information?
Our Potion Experience here at The Lonely Broomstick is a 1-hour potion making, wand movement & spells and Mandrake uprooting experience where you'll be immersed in a wizarding world style classroom. You can book this on our website & more information can be found there!
Where can we get your magical Sweets & Treats collection?!
Our Sweets & Treats, exclusive to our The Lonely Broomstick shop can be purchased in store or to be shipped to you via our online shop. We are constantly releasing new magical products which you won't find anywhere else!
Do you ship worldwide?
Shipping to some international countries is available, however international shipping is not cheap so we do apologise if the shipping prices are not affordable, we are simply charging the exact cost it would cost us to ship internationally.
How much is shipping & how long does it take?
UK shipping costs £4.99 per order (no matter the size or weight) however if you spend over £30, shipping is completely free! (This does not include the Magical Mystery Box)
International shipping cost varies depending on country, however this is considerably higher than the UK cost and we are unable to offer free shipping.
